Check out this beautiful book cover I came across on Kottke’s post linking to Transcription by Ben Lerner.
I had never heard of Ben Lerner, which is unusual given his work ticks a lot of my interests. Literary fiction. Technology. The focus on contemporary culture. There’s so much here I think I would be interested in with him, so I’m excited to get out and get this book. I may have to make a run to a local bookstore tomorrow.
In the meantime, I think I’ll be checking out some of his recent short fiction at The New Yorker, like The Ferry, Café Loup, and The Media.
